1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the RYK Medical & Dental College Research Repository ("Repository"), operated by RYK Medical & Dental College ("the Institution"). All faculty members of RYK Medical & Dental College with active appointments.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Unauthorized sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Permitted Use

The Repository may be used solely for the following purposes:

Educational Purposes

Supporting teaching, learning, and educational activities.

Consequences of Violation

Any violation may result in immediate suspension of access, institutional disciplinary action, and/or legal proceedings as appropriate.

5. Research Data Submission

All submitted data must meet the following requirements:

  • Be supported by valid IRB/ERC approval documentation
  • Be properly anonymized or de-identified unless explicitly approved otherwise
  • Accurately represent the original research findings without manipulation
  • Comply with institutional data protection and biosafety policies
  • Include complete metadata and documentation as specified
  • Follow established data formatting and quality standards

Institutional Rights

The Institution reserves the right to review, reject, restrict, or remove submissions that do not meet compliance requirements. The Institution may also request additional documentation or clarification regarding submitted data.

Ownership and Attribution

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Ownership of submitted research data remains with the submitting researcher(s) and/or the Institution

  • Proper attribution must be given to RYK Medical & Dental College as the host institution

Prohibition
